LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
1. Non-Refundable Deposit and Cancellation Policy
● By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to our strict non-refundable deposit and cancellation policy.
● While we reserve the right to review and make exceptions, continuing with your booking means you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
2. Deposit
● A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment and cover any necessary products.
● Deposits are generally non-refundable unless required by law, reflecting the administrative costs incurred.
3. Cancellation Policy
● Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiting your deposit.
● Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no show") will result in being charged 100% of the service cost.
● Multiple no-shows or cancellations may result in us declining future bookings.
4. Consumer Protection
● Our policy adheres to applicable consumer protection laws. If any conflict arises, the law will take precedence.
BRAIDING AND EXTENSION POLICY
For all braiding services, we require a free consultation to ensure that our braider can recommend the most suitable hair for you to bring to your appointment, as well as determine the required amount. Please note that the braider is not responsible for the quality of the hair you provide.
Here are some key tips for maintaining your braids post-service:
1. Sleep with a silk pillowcase and wear a silk bonnet to minimize frizz and breakage.
2. Avoid swimming in chlorine or saltwater to prevent damage to your braids.
3. Use oil-based products to keep your braids moisturized and your scalp healthy.
4. Try to avoid getting your braids wet.
When it comes to extensions, we highly recommend following the maintenance guidelines. This includes using sulfate and paraben-free shampoos and conditioners that are safe for extensions, conditioning and detailing the extensions before shampooing, avoiding excessive heat, and moving the extensions every 6 to 8 weeks. Additionally, it is important to sleep with a silk bonnet or pillowcase, avoid chlorine and salt water, and refrain from washing the hair within a three-day period.
REFUND POLICY
● We have a No Refund policy on services provided. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best possible results.
● If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will correct any issue if it is determined to be our fault.
